| 摘 要： | 中国股票市场准入政策变迁 ,1 992年 - 1 996年试验阶段 ,1 996 - 2 0 0 0年为大扩容阶段 ,2 0 0 0年至今为标准制实施阶段。投资者准入政策变迁则经历了个人大户投资时代 ,向机构投资开放时代和禁止国有企业和上市公司炒作股票阶段 ,现今正推行QFII机制。供求准入政策变迁过程中的一些问题给予我们许多启示。

| Abstract: | There are two aspects in the policy of the stock market admission in China: companies' admission and investors' admission, which decide the supply and demand structure of the market. Analyzing the policy changes of the stock market admission and its special background, exposing the problems and reasons in the policy changes, will help to know the reforming trend of the admission policy further and improve the structure and quality of the supply and demand in the stock market. |
