| Abstract: | The paper introduces the main points and views of the papers contributed to the 14th International Congress of Maritime Arbitrators in New York in October 2001, which reflect the more tolerant and lenient legal environment for maritime arbitration today in the world towards internationalization and modernization. The paper also comments on the current situation of China maritime arbitration current, comparing with the world-wide new trend and development. |
