| Abstract: | Under the guidance of the Legal theory of contract,and combining with the Preliminary Draft Instrument on the Carriage of Goods by Sea,the legal nature and the limitation for enforcement and some other legal questions in respect of the right of control have been demonstrated.Aiming at the present conditions about maritime legislation of China,the suggestion for construction and improvement of the legal system regarding the right of control has been put forward. |
