| 摘 要： | 应急事件处置是一项多警种、多部门联合反应的工作,公安机关必须依靠应急事件处置协调系统建立应急事件处置机制.构建应急处置协调系统就是公安机关建立一整套对应急突发事件实施监测、预防和快速反应的组织架构和运行机制.

| Abstract: | Dealing with emergencies is complex work,which all kinds of police and different departments should cooperate.Public security organ should depend on the emergency dealing and coordinative system to set up an emergency dealing system.Constructing the system is to build monitoring system,preventing system,quick reaction system and operation system to deal with emergencies. |
