| 摘 要： | 弱势群体的法律保护应当尊重弱势群体的自主性,与社会的发展相适应,全面、整体、连带的保护。弱势群体的权利体系由生存权、社会保障权、平等权、教育权、劳动权组成。保护弱势群体应当由国家、自治性团体、个人、企业共同参与。
