| 摘 要： | 各国警界选择并运用警察勤务方式的根据与警察体制模式 (大陆派警察模式或海洋派警察模式 )以及警察勤务风格 (集中制、散在制、集中散在并用制 )有关 ,更与能不能提高警察勤务效果有关。一般说来 ,对警察勤务方式的研究就是指对警察外勤勤务方式进行研究。其主要勤务方式分为个别勤务和共同勤务两类。个别勤务是以警察个体承担勤务的方式 ,主要勤务方式是指勤区查察 ,主要工作项目有户口查察、社区治安调查、促进警民关系、为民服务及宣传政令等 ;共同勤务指由警察局、警察分局或派出所内警员按勤务分配表轮流交替互换实施的勤务 ,勤务方式有巡逻、临检、守望、值班、备勤
