中国特色社会主义经济制度三题

中国特色社会主义经济制度具有以公有制为主体、多种所有制共同发展等四大特色；面临着中等收入陷阱的挑战，资源、人口、环境的挑战，新国际形势的挑战等三大挑战。中国特色社会主义经济制度建设要坚持中国特色社会主义道路，进行“中国特色”的经济改革；坚持以公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度，创造良好的“中国特色”的经济发展环境；坚持发展是执政兴国的第一要务，实现“中国特色”的经济增长；坚持以独立自主为基础的外交政策，扩大“中国特色”的经济开放；积极转变社会主义经济发展方式，促进“中国特色”经济科学发展。

Three Subjects about the Socialist Economic System with Chinese Characteristics

The socialist economic system with Chinese Characteristics has four outstanding characteristics.At present,the system is confronted with "three" challenges of the medium income trap,of resources,population and the environment,and of the new international situation.In this context,in improving the socialist economic system,we must uphold the socialist road with Chinese characteristics conducting economic reform with Chinese characteristics,uphold the basic economic system in which the public ownership is dominant and different economic sectors develop side by side creating a sound economic environment with Chinese characteristics,regard development as the top priority in governing and rejuvenating the country and in promoting the growth of economy,pursue an independent foreign policy of peace expanding opening up with Chinese characteristics,actively transform the mode of economic development promoting scientific development of economy with Chinese characteristics.
