| 摘 要： | 社区矫正是与监禁矫正相对的行刑方式。随着我国构建和谐社会的不断推进,社区矫正作为预防和减少犯罪的重要举措,已经引起我国各方面的高度关注。由于监禁矫正存在较多的弊端,与现代刑罚目的相冲突;国外、境外先进的社区矫正经验,我国行刑制度的改革和构建和谐社会的提出为我国全面推行社区矫正奠定了基础,因此在我国推行社区矫正制度具有可行性和必要性。

| Abstract: | Community correction is an opposite method of execution of punishment to imprisoning correction.Along with continuous advancement of constructing harmonious society,being an important measurement to prevent and reduce criminal activities,community correction has been paied more and more attention.There are conflicts between imprisoning correction and the aim of modern penalty,for the sake of much shortcomings of imprisoning correction.Advanced experiences overseas,reform of present constitution of execution of punishment as well as posing of harmonious society have laid a foundation for carrying out community correction all-round.Therefore,it is necessary and possible to carry out community correction in our country. |
