加强云南公安信息化工作的思考

随着公安工作的不断发展,我省公安信息化工作取得了长足进步,但所面临的形势依然严峻,存在的问题亟待解决:一是要切实提高对加强公安信息化重要性和必要性的认识;二是要理清工作思路,找准工作目标和明确基本原则;三是要坚持以应用为核心全力推动全警应用;四是要坚持采集和整合两手抓,推进信息资源大扩容和全警共享;五是要以应用为导向稳步推进重点项目建设;六是要落实各项保障措施,加强保障工作机制建设。

Perspectives on Strengthening Yunnan Public Security Digitized Work

With the development of public security work,the public security digitized work has made its considerable headway.However,the situation is still grim,the following problems should be tackled: 1) Better understanding on the importance and necessity of public security digitized work;2) Combing the train of thoughts based on clear target and basic principle;3) Full application in police force,focusing on application;4) Combining with collecting and integration,extending and sharing the information resource;5) Strengthening the key project carrying out steadily,guiding by application;6) Being sure to put all the guarantee strategies into effect,enhancing guarantee system building.
