| 摘 要： | 我国的社会工作起步较晚，职业化滞后。职业化还面临着本土理论缺乏、传统体制束缚、制度规范不健全等方面的障碍。推动社会工作职业化进程，必须破除传统体制的束缚，建立健全相关制度规范体系，形成具有本土文化传统的社会工作实践与教育模式，建构适合社会实际具有本土特色的社会工作理论，探索适合民族传统的职业化路径。

| Abstract: | The professionalism of local social work is lagged.Professionalism is still faced with a lot of barriers,as lack of local theo-ries,institutional constraints,the system does not maturity.Based on the analysis of current domestic social work professionalism,This article had pointed out that the reasons for this plight,and put forward the simple countermeasure proposal to the solution. |
