| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是我党工作的重要组成部分，在各个历史时期真正体现了是其他一切工作的生命线的特征，随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的演进，加之多种因素的影响，思想政治工作面临前所未有的挑战和困境，面对新形势新情况，思想政治工作在继承和发扬优良传统的基础上，必须在内容，形式、方法、手段、机制等方面努力进行创新和改进。
