| 摘 要： | 适时有效的制度创新是当今传媒成功发展的关键。为了推动军队新闻传媒制度改革的继续深入,有必要结合实际进行制度创新,对军队新闻传媒制度创新的策略、功能两个方面加以定位,从而为军队新闻传媒的改革注入动力与活力。
