| 摘 要： | 当前禁毒工作存在的问题主要是认识不到位、打击处理不力、禁毒社会化程度不高、禁吸戒毒经费严重不足、禁毒专业队伍建设相对滞后。遏制毒情蔓延必须提高禁毒知识普及率、毒品案件侦破率、吸毒人员的戒断率 ,加强禁毒基础工作和专业队伍建设 ,实行全社会齐抓共管

| Abstract: | The main problems about banning drug are as follows: weak sense, weak striking measures, low-socialization, serious shortage of funds, and backward construction of concerned forces. Containing the spread of drugs must depend on the spread of common sense of banning drug, the rate of revealing drug cases, the rate of stopping drugs, and on the consolidation of basic work and the construction of the specialized forces so that the whole society will focus on banning drug. |
