| 摘 要： | 人类已步入快速发展的信息社会,信息资源已成为人类社会生产和生活的必要因素。而处于国家经济和科技发展基础之中的高校,其档案资源作为教学科研的信息库已越来越受到社会的广泛关注,高校档案信息资源的共享,对高校教学、科研事业的发展、人才培养机制的调整以及人力物力的充分开发起着非常重要的作用。能有效的使高校学生档案、科研档案、人事档案充分地实现资源共享,把高校档案信息的潜在价值转化为能服务于社会的现实价值,是高校档案事业的活力之所在。

| Abstract: | We are in the fast developing information age,and information has become a necessary element in production and life.Colleges are the basis of national development in economy and technique,and their archives,as a shared information base in teaching and research,is drawing more and more attention.Resources share of the archive information among colleges plays an important role in college teaching,research development,the adjustment of intellectual cultivation,and the development of human resources and property.It is a dynamic element of college archive to share the students,research and personnel archives,and to transfer its potential into practical value in serving the society. |
