| 摘 要： | 通过对48例医疗纠纷案件的回顾性分析，探讨医疗纠纷案件中常见的医疗过失和医疗缺陷，并通过对医疗纠纷案件中出现的医疗过失和缺陷的分析，试图提出提高医疗质量，降低医疗过失、医疗缺陷发生的思路和对策。
