| 摘 要： | 教育、改造罪犯就是对罪犯进行再社会化,但是监狱对于实现上述目标而言作用有限。故此,需要从整体上反思现有的罪犯教育制度,调整罪犯教育活动的目标、限制罪犯教育的对象范围、更新罪犯教育的内容。

| Abstract: | Correction of criminal means remobilizing criminal.Punishment which is the essence of prison remained despite of many reforms of prison which decrease punishment.These reforms are not helpful to remobilization of criminals.Therefore,we need to rethink our criminal education system,such as goal,object,and contents. |
