| 摘 要： | 故意犯罪的犯罪嫌疑人,一般都有特定的犯罪动机,分析犯罪嫌疑人的犯罪动机,往往成为侦查破案的关键。比如雇凶伤害这类特殊刑事案,认定直接凶犯比较困难,因此更加依赖于对犯罪嫌疑人进行心理分析,寻找犯罪动机。

| Abstract: | The suspects of the purposive crime generally all have a specific crime motive, it is analyzed that the suspect's crime motive often becomes the key in solving a case. It is more difficult to assert the direct murderer in the kind of special criminal case of hiring the murderer, so further depend on suspect's psychoanalysis, and look for the crime motive. From " 5.24 " hiring the murderer case, can clearly find out the application of crime psychoanalysis in investigating practice. |
