| 摘 要： | 晚近国际证券市场朝一体化方向发展。回应证券市场的一体化,跨国证券信息披露规则也走向一体化。本文结合证券市场一体化的发展情况,探讨了跨国证券信息披露规则一体化的理论模式及法律实践,并提出了我国参与信息披露规则一体化合作的对策。
