| 摘 要： | 对于诱惑侦查,目前学术界争议颇多,现行相关法律法规也无明确规定,然而在我国毒品犯罪案件侦查中已被广泛使用。但由于缺乏法律法规的指导,难免会在实践操作中出现一些问题。因此,有必要从立法上对诱惑侦查予以规制。

| Abstract: | Currently entrapment is greatly disputed in academic world and there are no clear provisions about it in related laws and regulations.In fact,entrapment is widely used in the investigation of drug crime cases in China.Without the guidance of related laws and regulations,problems inevitably occur in actual employment of entrapment.Therefore it is necessary to regulate entrapment legislatively. |
