| 摘 要： | 通常以为,法学实践教学的内容就是指模拟法庭、案例计论、社会调查等活动.我们认为,这些活动只是法学实践教学的形式,非法学实践教学的内容.法学实践教学的内容应是法学实践教学研究的重要方面.
