试论弱势群体及其法律保护

弱势群体指的是那些受特定条件的限制 ,占有较少的社会资源 ,处于事实上的不平等或从属地位 ,不能够完全行使自己的权力和权利 ,在社会竞争中处于从属或者说不利地位的人的集合体。我国法律对弱势群体有其保护的一面 ,也有其不尽完善之处 ,因而有必要进一步从加强立法、完善司法、建立宪法诉讼等方面来分析和探讨保护弱势群体的权利

Powerless Group And Legal Protection

The powerless group indicates the collective of people who, restricted by the specific condition, possess less social resource and can't fully exercise power and have their exercise of rights, in fact, not being equal or subordinate in status in the social competition. Although the law of our country provides the protection for them there is still much room in the law for the improvement.So it's necessary to analyse and study the protection for the powerless group by reinforcing the legislation, improving the judicature and establishing constitutional actions.
