| 摘 要： | 构建服务型政府是适应社会主义市场经济发展,转变政府职能和实践“三个代表”思想的必然要求。服务型政府的管理与传统的行政管理有着原则的区别。文章从价值取向和实践要求的角度分析了服务型政府中管理理念的内涵,比较了服务型治理模式与传统行政管理模式中管理理念的差异,并从实践出发,论述了如何在构建服务型政府的过程中创新管理。

| Abstract: | To construct service government is the need of the development of socialist market economy,the transformation of government function,and the realization of the Three Representatives.The administration between service government and traditional government is different in principle.This paper analyses the administrational theories of service government in terms of value tendency and practical demands,and compares the differences of the two kinds of administrational theories.Also the paper,beginning with the practice,discusses innovations on administration in the construction of service government. |
