世界体系与中国后期现代化：政治经济学层面的分析

"中国后期现代化"是借鉴了东亚国家(地区)现代化进程中的成功经验而进行的政治经济改革。作为20世纪后半叶第四代资本主义国家,即东亚地区属于资本主义世界体系的最后一个地区之后,该地区逐渐成为世界工厂,并得以迅猛发展。在现代化进程中,东亚国家比较重视发展经济,即一党执政的开发型权威政府的功能侧重于经济领域。东亚政府主导型市场经济发展模式的影响在中国社会主义后现代化过程中也得以体现。中国改革开放的成果之一,就是在社会主义市场经济原则的指导下,使国家迅速得以富强起来。在世界列强强压之下重新站起来的中国,正在开辟21世纪的中国时代,使中国人民真正拥有了"立足中国,放眼世界的希望和蓝图"。

The World System and Chinese Post-Modernization: Analysis of Political Economics

"Chinese post-modernization" is a kind of political and economic reform by drawing on the experience of East A-sian modernization. As one of the fourth generation capitalist countries in the second half of 20th century, that is to say, after East Asian area becomes the last area of capitalist world system, the area has gradually become a world factory and developed rapidly. In the process of modernization, East Asian countries pay more attention to economic development, i. e. , the one-party ruling government focuses on economic field. The development pattern of the leading market economy of East Asian government has its influence in Chinese socialist post-modernization. One of the achievements of Chinese reform and opening-up is that, under the guidance of socialist market economy principles, the country prospers quickly. China, standing up anew against the pressure from world powers, is starting a new era of the 21st century and endowing Chinese people the hope and blueprint of "having the foothold in China, having the whole world in view".
