中间阶层的阶层意识研究

近些年来，中间阶层作为一个新兴阶层受到学者们广泛的关注，但是纵观对中国中间阶层的研究，多是从阶层的客观实在入手，很少去关注阶层意识。文章运用调查资料分析后认为，客观认定的中间阶层具有清晰的阶层认知，一致的主观自我认同，模糊的利益冲突意识。社会结构的变化、社会存在和教育是中间阶层阶层意识产生的主要原因。要发挥中间阶层稳定器的作用，一方面要保障其既得利益，另一方面要培育一个成熟庞大的中间阶层。

A Research of the Stratum Consciousness of the Intermediate Strata

Recently,the intermediate strata as an emerging social stratum have attracted the scholars widespread attention.But in a panoramic view of the researches of the Chinese intermediate strata,a lot of researches are from objective reality of the social stratum and very few are made on the social stratum consciousness.By the investigation data,this paper analyzes that objectively recognized intermediate strata have the clear social stratum cognition,unanimous subjective self-approval and fuzzy benefit conflict consciousness.The change of social structure,the social existence and the education are the main reasons for having the social stratum consciousness of intermediate strata.In order to play the stable role of intermediate strata,on the one hand,the obtained interest must be safeguarded,on the other hand,a mature huge intermediate strata must be cultivated.
