Notarial will is often announced invalid in judicial practice for lack of procedural elements and for the incapability to remove reasonable doubt.Therefore,notarial organs should strengthen examination on notarial items both in form and in essence so as to maintain authoritativeness of notarial organs and public credit rating of notarial will.Besides,legislation in notarial will should be improved and notarial market order should be maintained to ensure the realization of the purpose of notarial will.
