| 摘 要： | 行政法主要是调整国家行政机关与其相对人之间关系的法律规范。在我国,人们常常只从解决行政纠纷上来理解行政法的本质,往往忽视行政法对行政权的控制功能,本文就行政法的控权功能进行研究。
