| 摘 要： | 实事求是证据原则与自由心证由于阶级理念、思想派别等原因在中国一直处于格格不入的状态.本文通过探讨实事求是与自由心证在刑事诉讼中的和谐统一,对自由心证在中国的发展作出展望.
