摘    要:在对Marshall和Hoare的尸体直肠冷却数学模型做进一步研究的基础上,建立了一种适于在环境温度为3°~24℃时推定死亡时间的新方法。用本法检测34具机械性损伤尸体与国内的两种计算方法比较,效果较优,于死后15小时内进行168次计算,误差在±1小时内的为57.1%~77.7%,它能较好地反映个体差异,因而比Marshall等的原方法更能客观地反映直肠冷却规律。

Abstract:This article is about furhter research that was carried out into the Marshall and Hoare's mathematical model of rectal temperature variation. A new method of estimating death time in ambient temperature within the range of 3°~24℃ was established. 34 cases of death by mechanical injury were investigated, calculation made 168 times, up to within 15 hours after death. The results obtained using the new method were better than those obtained using two other domestically reporeted methods. In the 168 times calculations was matte, using the new method. 57%~77.7% of the results had error margins within +1 hour. As it (the new method) can control difference due to indivduality and reflect more objecticely the law of rectal cooling compared with other methods of Marshall and others.
