浅谈如何保护警察在执行公务中的合法权益

人民警察在执行公务过程中,经常会受到违法犯罪嫌疑人及不明真相群众的侮辱谩骂、诬告陷害甚至袭击和围攻,警察的合法权益受到危害。警察权益遭受不法侵害,既有社会转型期矛盾加剧、群众法制观念淡薄、法制不完备等客观原因,也有警察自身缺乏良好的战术意识、战术技能差、执法能力不强等主观原因。因此,保护警察在执行公务中的合法权益是一项长期复杂的系统工程,需要采取多方面的对策和措施。
