| 摘 要： | 我国具有漫长的死刑执行传统,对死刑执行的时间也有十分严格的规定,现代死刑执行时间的规定借鉴并发展了古代的传统。通过总结分析我国死刑执行时间的历史渊源,区别古今死刑执行时间的异同,可以为我国当前死刑制度改革提供一定的制度借鉴。

| Abstract: | Chinese history on the executive death penalty is very long,the time of executing the death penalty is also strictly,the modern executive time of death penalty rule draws lessons from it and develops it.By analyzing the historical origin of our death penalty time,distinguishing between that in ancient times and present,it can provide certain systems for our current death penalty system reform to use for reference. |
