加强公安院校警务化管理的若干思考

在高等教育日趋大众化的今天,警务化管理对象更加多元化和复杂化。面对新形势、新情况,如何加强警务化管理,提高公安院校人才培养质量,是摆在我们面前亟待解决的问题。通过对警务化管理中存在的问题及原因的剖析,提出警务化管理应突破传统管理理念和模式的束缚,牢固树立以生为本的思想,积极探索教育、管理、服务三者有机结合的路子,使警务化管理更贴近学生主体,更切合公安院校培养目标和实际。

Discussion on Strengthening the Police Servicing Management of Public Security Colleges

with the popularization of higher education,the target of police service management has become more and more diversified and complicated.Under the new circumstances,how to strengthen the police service management and improve the quality of personnel training of Police College has been the problem to be urgently solved in front of us.Through the analysis of both the problem existed in the police service management and its reason,it is proposed that police service management should break through the traditional managing concept and modes,firmly establish the student-oriented concept and actively explore the effectively organized way of education,management and service,so as to the police management service closer to the students and suitable for the training aim and reality of public security colleges.
