The psychological qualities of police play a specially important role in their work because of their professional particularity. Recently, the increasing attention paid to police psychological qualities has made many public security organs strengthen checks on this side when they select staff members.But, on the other hand, they do not pay enough attention to the fairness in psychological tests. Therefore, to compare the two types of psychological patterns--measurement and interview, has the actual meaning when inquiring into the fairness problems in police psychological tests .
