| Abstract: | To set up credit regulations and to develop credit system is the necessary way that China has to take in order to perfect its socialist market economy. However, the setting up of the credit system must be based on the self-consciousness of the citizens as well as the enterprises. Therefore, the implementation of the credit system can be guaranteed only if the problems of people's financial awareness are solved. |
