| 摘 要： | 人民监督员制度是推进我国民主政治建设的一个重要方面,是完善中国特色检察制度的重要举措。人民监督员制度符合马克思主义法学原理,符合宪法、法律精神和社会主义检察制度的本质要求。当前,人民监督员制度尚处于初创阶段,有关制度安排需要在实践中加以发展。我们要按照法治原则的要求,积极地、及时地进行理论探索、立法研究、制度构建。

| Abstract: | The system of the people's supervisor is an important respect to enhan ce our democratic and political construction and an important step to perfect th e China-characteristics procuratorial system.The system of the people's supervi sor conforms to the law theory of the Maxism,the Constitution,lawful spirit and the natural request for the socialism procuratorial system.At present,the system is in the elemenfary stage,so we should make a study on the theory,legistimatio n and system construction actively and timely. |
