推进任职教育学员学风建设与自主学习管理

任职教育学员是军队院校教育的主体,学风建设与学习方法改革,事关高素质军事人才培养质量。院校要将学风建设列入党委议教经常性的重要议题,形成推动学风建设的整体合力;强化优良教风对学风的引领作用,激发学员正确的学习动机;倡导自主学习方法,提高任职教育学员学习绩效;建立健全促管促学规章制度,构建学风建设与自主学习管理的长效机制。

Promote the Construction of Academic Discipline and Autonomic Learning Management of On-the-Job Trainees

On-the-job trainees are the main body of education in the colleges and universities of the army. The construction of their academic discipline and the reform of learning methods relate to the cultivation of high-qualities military professionals. The military institutes must list the construction of academic discipline as one of the important issues to be frequently discussed in the meetings of the CPC committees,forming a holistic force for pushing the construction of academic discipline; strengthen the piloting function of good discipline of teaching over the discipline of learning,stimulating the trainees to form correct motivations of learning; advocate autonomic learning methods,improving the learning performance of on-the-job trainees; establish and perfect the regulatory systems promoting learning and management,building the long-term effective mechanism for academic discipline construction and autonomic learning management.
