The Moral Restraint of Public Administrative Service

Social public service function shows its importance increasingly in the market economy,so it is an important approach to advance service efficiency through moral restraint.Chinese social moral is in the second phase of convention levels which embodies characteristic of recognized diversity,hierarchy of object,concentricity of restraint emphases and difficulty of practice.Therefore,systemic moral restraint will favor for the enhancement of public service efficiency.In practice,we should make the potential roles dominate;establish protecting mechanism adopting many kinds of inspiring forms.
