| Abstract: | Re-constitution of state -owned as sets property rights is the objective demand of socialist market economy. Through the circulation and re-constitution of state-owned assets property rights, we can activate existing state-owned assets, raise the degree of production specialization and level of socialization and increase the energy of state-owned enterprisses. |
