中韩反腐败法律制度之比较研究

在历史渊源 ,社会思维 ,文化传统 ,人民意识等多方面 ,中韩两国存在着极其相似之处。由此 ,两国在腐败问题的背景和困惑等方面也惊人的类似 ,但从处理方式和效果上来看 ,我国与韩国之间存在着明显的差距。我们试图通过分析比较两国在反腐败工作中的法律制度的设立 ,从而找到我国制度设计中不合理的地方 ,吸取经验教训 ,建立适合中国自己的反腐败法律体系

Comparative Research on the Anti-corruption Legal System between China and South Korean

There are likenesses in history origin, social thought, culture tradition, people consciousness etc between China and South Korean, and so there are astonishing similarities in the background and baffle of anti-corruption problems, but there are obvious differences between China and South Korean in handling corruption problems. By the analysis and comparison of the two countries' anti-corruption law system, we try to find out unreasonable place in our system, absorb experience, and establish a suitable anti-corruption law system of our own.
