| 摘 要： | 目前网络购物具有虚拟、即时、小额的特点。针对于网络的这一特点有必要建立与网络购物相适应的专门的网上购物消费者纠纷在线仲裁制度,这对促进网络购物的进一步发展有着极其重要的价值。在这一制度的构建过程中,注意把握好其与传统仲裁制度的不同,积极探索网上仲裁方便、快捷的途径,加快我国仲裁制度的创新与改革。
