关于流动人口犯罪问题的研究

目前,我国的流动人口已达1亿多。实践表明,大量出现的流动人口对我国经济的高速发展起到了十分积极的促进作用。但是不容否认,流动人口的出现也引发了一系列的社会治安问题。可以这样说,流动人口犯罪业已构成了对城市尤其是沿海经济发达地区社会治安的主要威胁,因而研究流动人口及其犯罪显得十分必要,而且相当紧迫。

Research on the Problems of Migrant Population Crimes

Currently,the migrant population of our country is already more than 100,000,000.The practice indicates the migrant population plays an active role in economy development.But allow of no denial,the emergence of the migrant population also causes a series of social security problems.It can be said that the migrant population crimes already constitute the main threat of the coast cities' economy,particularly to the city flourishing region's social security.As a result,the research on migrant population and the crimes seem to be very necessary and urgent.
