建立两岸（福建）农村建设合作示范区探讨

基于大陆“三农”建设与两岸关系发展新形势以及进一步深化闽台农业合作，福建有必要，也有条件在包含农村、农业、农民在内的农村建设这一更大的领域，进行合作模式的创新尝试—建立两岸农村建设合作示范区，通过施行更加开放的政策和措施，在两岸的农民组织交流合作、两岸农业经营管理模式以及乡村治理等方面先行先试，将两岸农村建设合作示范区建设成融合两岸农业、农村和农民的连接点和大陆农村建没的新的经济增长点，实现双方经济和社会的进一步融合。

On the Foundation of the Country Cooperation Demonstration Zone(Fujian) on Both Sides of the Taiwan Strait

Based on the Three Dimensional Rural Construction of Mainland China, the new trends of the relationship between Both Sides, as well as the further development of agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, it＇s necessary and capable for Fujian to originate the new cooperation mode in the more spacious field of the country construction including the three aspects of the country, the agriculture and the farmer by building up the Country Cooperation Demonstration Zone on Both Sides of the Taiwan Strait（CCDZBSTS）. In the specific zone, we will carry out more exoteric policies and measures, try and practise in advance in such fields between the Both Sides as the communication and cooperation of the famer organization, the agricultural management mode and the village governance, so that we can build the CCDZBSTS to be a connection point of the agriculture, the country and the farmer between the Both Sides, as well as the new growth pole of country construction of Mainland China, and ultimately to promote the further social and economic inosculation of the Both Sides.
