| 摘 要： | 香港中评社记者:全国人大将就完善香港特区选举制度作出决定,一些国家认为中方有关举动有违“一国两制”,中方对此有何评论?王毅:首先我想强调的是,完善香港特区选举制度,落实“爱国者治港”,既是推进“一国两制”事业、保持香港长治久安的实际需要,也是宪法赋予全国人大的权力和责任,完全合宪合法,正当合理。
