| 摘 要： | 加快农民权益保护立法是切实保护农民权益的一个重要举措。当前,农民权益保护在立法上还存在着空白,还应进一步建立健全农民经济、政治权益保护、农民工合法权益保护以及农村社会保障等方面的立法,以尽早实现全面建设农村小康社会的奋斗目标。

| Abstract: | Accelerating the legislation of the protection of farmers' rights and interests is an important measure of the protection of farmers' rights and interests. Now there is not any legislation in the protection of farmers' rights and interests.So we should make further legislation on the protection of farmers' rights and interests in every aspect so as to build a comprehensive well-off society in rural area as soon as possible. |
