产肠毒素性大肠埃希氏菌基因工程疫苗的研究进展

摘    要:简述了产肠毒性大肠埃希氏菌(ETEC)K88-K99、K88ac-LTB、K99-F41和ST-LT双价基因工程疫苗的研制方法、生产工艺、免疫效果及生态效应及其研究进展,同时阐明了用这些疫苗免疫妊娠母畜,可使吸吮了母畜初乳的幼畜的腹泻发病率和死亡率显著下降,且不会带来生态环境污染。认为这些基因工程疫苗仍有不足之处,需要进一步加以改进。

Abstract:Development methods,production technologies,immunological results and ecological(responses) were reviewed briefly on K_(88)-K_(99),K_(88)ac-LTB,K_(99)-F_(41) and ST-LT engineering vaccines against en-(terotoxigenic) Escherichia coli(ETEC).Studies showed that when the pregnant animals were immunized with one of those engineering vaccines,the morbidity and death rates of diarrhea in their offsprings,which had sucked their mother's colostric fluids,decreased significantly, and the engineering vaccines don't bring any ecological and environmental pollutions.The authors consider that those engineering vaccines have some shortcomings and should be improved.
