| 摘 要： | 国际海事组织(I MO)于2001年11月29日通过了《1972年国际海上避碰规则》的修正案,并于2003年11月29日生效。结合避碰课程教学和航海实践经验就该修正案增加的有关地效船条款进行了探讨。
