| 摘 要： | 当前，中国私营企业的治理形式普遍存在家族化，即“古典锁定”现象。该文从制度经济学和演化经济学的视角对当前家族企业的制度建设问题进行分析和评价，并概括了家族企业在制度建设过程中存在的各种现实问题，对提升家族企业的价值提出建设性的意见。

| Abstract: | In today's China,most private enterprises choose to adopt the form of family management,known as"classical locked-in"phenomenon.The author summarizes the issues in the process of system construction of family enterprises and makes the relevant analysis and evaluation with the perspective of the evolutionary economics and the institutional economics respectively.The author also provides family enterprises with some constructive ad- vice to promote their value. |
