| 摘 要： | 相对于普通高等教育的发展,干部教育培训的发展明显薄弱。目前,干部教育培训主要以机关、事业单位为依托,其重视程度明显弱于其他业务。基于安徽警官职业学院干部教育培训的情况分析,对省内司法行政系统干部教育培训需求进行研究,找出培训过程中的不足并提出建议。
