社交网络对于个人隐私的挑战

社交网络的两个主要作用是建立和扩展人际关系.然而,大部分的社交网络用户并不知道有关他们个人隐私的信息未经其允许会被泄漏,并通过多种传播方式进行传播,以致有可能因个人隐私的泄漏而使隐私权受损.同时,现代计算机加密技术的高度复杂性也使得一般的网络用户根本无法使用加密技术对其个人隐私进行自我保护.隐私信息的商品化更加刺激了相关信息的传播.因此,我国应借鉴国外相关立法和规范社交网络经验,从制定网络隐私法、加强网络伦理建设等方面引导社交网络信息传播向良性、健康的方向发展.

The Challenge to Personal Privacy from the Social Network

Two main purpose of social network is to build and extend interpersonal relationship.However,most users do not know thattheir privacy information will be leaked without their permission,and even be spread through many ways,which might lead to dam-age the privacy.At the same time,because of the high complexity of the modem computer encryption technology,the general userscan not protect their privacy by using it.Moreover,the commercialization of privacy information stimulates the spread of the relevantinformation.Therefore,we should draw lessons from the relevant laws and regulations of foreign countries which regulate social net-work,and conduct the spread of social network information to a positive and healthy direction from the aspects of making networkprivacy law,strengthening the construction of network ethics and so on.
