高新技术开发区中的青年人力资源培训模式

摘    要:青年人力资源是劳动力资源或劳动力中最有价值的群体。在高新技术产业开发区开发青年人力资源,不仅能对开发区的提升产生立竿见影的效果,而且还会在未来若干年后具有进一步的提升作用。文章探讨并研究了高新技术开发区在青年人力资源管理培训上的特点,提出相应的青年人力资源培训模式。

Abstract:The youth human resources are the most valuable groups among labor resources or the labor force.Development of youth human resources in High-tech Industrial Development Zone can not only has an immediate impact on enhancing the development zone,but also has further effect on enhancing the zone in a few years in the future.The paper analyzes features of training and management of youth human resources in High-tech Development Zone and puts forward corresponding mode of youth human resources training.
