袭警案件频发的思考

当前袭警案件频发,给社会、公安机关及民警带来很大危害.袭警案件频发的原因是多方面的,包括社会原因、公安机关及民警自身原因和法律制度原因等.应该采取强化全社会维护执法权威的意识,建立相应的法律环境,及时惩处袭警犯罪,抓好公安队伍自身建设,积极构建警民和谐关系等措施,最大限度地减少袭警案件的发生,保护民警的合法权益.

Thoughts on Frequent Occurrence of Cases of Attacking Police

At present,frequent occurrence of cases of attacking police has brought about great harm to the society and police and it results from many causes which include reasons of the society,of the policemen themselves and public security organs and law system.Consciousness of defending the authority of law enforcement should be strengthened in the whole society and corresponding law environment should be established to promptly penalize crimes of attacking-police.Meanwhile,importance should also be attached to the personnel construction of public security to create harmonious relations between police and people.Furthermore,defending consciousness of the police themselves must be enhanced and professional organizations of defending rights be set up to decrease occurrence of cases of attacking police in order to protect policemen's lawful rights and benefits.
